When will my payment be processed?
Normally payments are processed immediately. This applies, for example, if you choose a credit card, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Bancontact. In some cases, a payment may take longer to be processed.
When will my order be shipped?
You can order from us until 6:00 PM. After this, the orders for that day are prepared and delivered to a PostNL point before 7:00 PM. So if you order before 6:00 PM on working days, your order will be shipped the same day. Normally in the Netherlands you can expect your order to be delivered the next day.
When can I expect my order to be delivered to my home?
On working days we process and ship all orders placed before 6:00 PM. Normally you can expect your order to be delivered the next day.
Can I pick up my order at a collection point?
Of course! If you choose to collect from a PostNL point during checkout, you can choose a PostNL point near you in the thank you screen after payment. If you do not make a choice, PostNL will choose the most efficient option.
What happens if I am not at home during delivery?
If you are not at home during delivery, PostNL will deliver your package to a collection point or a nearby address. This will ensure successful delivery.
If you would prefer that PostNL does not do this, you must explicitly indicate this and/or other wishes to PostNL by logging in to their website or via the app.
Can I pay for my order afterwards?
Yes! That's certainly possible. Choose Klarna during checkout.
How can I register a return?
By logging in, you can easily request a return in your customer account.
Within how many days can I return a product?
60 days
Do I have to pay the costs for a return myself?
No. We think that's kind.
Which products may not be returned?
Final sale products may not be returned. Opened, used or damaged products cannot be returned.

You can cancel your order and place a new order. If your order has already been processed, please contact us and we will provide a suitable solution.
What about the warranty on my products?
You have the legal warranty on all our items. The guarantees offered do not affect any rights regarding legal guarantee and (non) conformity that the customer can always rely on. You always have the opportunity to to report defects.
How long is my gift voucher valid?
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. If a voucher is valid for longer, we will always indicate this.
